well, my friend, flickr is a website where you can make an account & post your pictures. a lot of people who are into photography have accounts. they're good to show off your work & get yourself noticed.

i honestly don't know if you can do it in Corel Paint Shop Pro XI. i don't have that program. but i guess since i don't know, you can send me the URL of the picture you want to apply the effect on & i can do it for you. ")
