Okay, do you mean a friend ID for myspace or CreateBlog?
For MySpace: On your home page, clik the View My: Profile link (not the 'url:' link).
When your page shows up, the address should look like this:
http://profile.myspace. com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user. viewprofile&friendid=123456789
The 9 numbers at the end are your friend ID. =]
